Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The InterviewMochi Ambassador Program ("Program") allows eligible users ("Ambassadors") to earn commissions by referring new customers to InterviewMochi.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 Subscription Commissions

• Power Tier ($19.99/month): 30% commission = $6.00/month
• Commission paid for 12 months from customer's first payment
• After 12 months, commission ends regardless of customer status
• If customer cancels before 12 months, commission ends immediately

2.2 Credit Purchase Commissions

• 30 credits ($5): 30% commission = $1.50
• 75 credits ($10): 30% commission = $3.00
• 200 credits ($20): 30% commission = $6.00
• Commission paid immediately upon purchase
• One-time payment (no recurring)

2.3 Payment Terms

• Minimum payout: $50.00
• Payouts processed within 7 business days of request
• Payment via PayPal or bank transfer (US only)
• Ambassador responsible for any applicable taxes

3. Eligibility & Enrollment

• Must be 18+ years old
• Must have active InterviewMochi account
• Must comply with all Program terms
• InterviewMochi reserves right to reject any application

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all commissions:

• Self-referrals or creating fake accounts
• Using bots or automated systems to generate referrals
• Spamming or unsolicited marketing
• Misrepresenting InterviewMochi's features or pricing
• Using trademark-infringing domains or content
• Incentivizing signups with cash or rewards

5. Relationship

Ambassadors are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of InterviewMochi. This Program does not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship.

6. Termination

6.1 By Ambassador

You may terminate participation at any time. Earned commissions will be paid out according to normal schedule.

6.2 By InterviewMochi

We may terminate your participation immediately for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Any reason with 30 days notice

Upon termination, earned commissions will be paid out. Future commissions are forfeited.

7. Program Changes

InterviewMochi reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time with 60 days notice. Changes include:

• Commission rates
• Payment terms
• Eligibility requirements
• Program structure

Existing earned commissions will be honored. Future commissions subject to new terms.

8. Acquisition or Sale

In the event InterviewMochi is acquired or sold:

• All earned commissions will be paid out within 30 days
• Remaining term commissions (within 12-month window) will be paid out or transferred to new owner
• New owner may offer new terms (opt-in required)
• Ambassadors may choose to cash out or continue under new terms

9. Liability & Disclaimers

• No guarantee of earnings or referral success
• InterviewMochi not liable for lost commissions due to technical issues
• Maximum liability limited to earned but unpaid commissions
• No liability for customer refunds or chargebacks

10. Tracking & Attribution

• Referrals tracked via unique referral code
• 90-day cookie window from first click
• Last-click attribution (most recent referral code wins)
• InterviewMochi's tracking is final and binding

11. Tax Responsibility

Ambassadors are responsible for all taxes on commissions earned. InterviewMochi will issue 1099 forms (US) for earnings over $600/year.
