• Payment Information: Processed by Stripe (we don't store card details)

• Usage Data: Practice sessions, scores, progress metrics
• Device Information: Browser type, IP address, device type
• Cookies: Session cookies, analytics cookies
• Log Data: Access times, pages viewed, errors

We use your information to:

• Provide the Service: Transcribe recordings, generate AI feedback, track your progress

What we DON'T do: We do not use your recordings to train public AI models, create content for others, or clone your voice. Your recordings are used solely to provide you with feedback.

• Stripe: Payment processing

4.2 Recruiter Visibility (Optional)

If you enable recruiter visibility in your settings (disabled by default), we share limited, anonymized information with verified recruiters:

• What we share: Interview readiness score, practice frequency, improvement trends, job role, experience level, general location (city/state)
• What we DON'T share: Your recordings, transcripts, name, email, phone number, or any personally identifiable information
• Your control: You remain anonymous until you choose to respond to a recruiter. You can disable this feature anytime.

4.3 What We DON'T Do

• Active Accounts: We retain your data as long as your account is active
• Deleted Accounts: Data deleted within 30 days of account deletion
• Backups: Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days
• Legal Holds: Data may be retained longer if required by law
